Jillian Michaels training workouts are really good and aimed  at all levels and cover yoga, aerobics and strength  training. Find the level and type of exercise that appeals  to you for your current fitness level. Then try to do your  workout at the same time of day each day if possible. This  leaves less room for slacking off. So maybe do the workout  first thing in the morning or late evening? Stay-at-home  moms would try to fit this in whilst the kids are at school  or the baby is sleeping. This is the beauty of fitness DVDs,  you get to pick when you are going to do them, unlike  fitness classes at the gym which not only cost, but occur at  fixed times too.

Having a toned and slim body is not the stuff of dreams  only.
